z06 segment question going M6 to A4

I have read that my os that is in my zo6 pcm 12593358 is incompatible with any other to do a A4 4l60e segment swap.
My question is can i reflash the PCM with a stock 01 or 02 vette LS1 Auto file and the that allow my trans to shift?I can make changes to the tune afterwards since the car will be getting heads and cam but i have the z06 PCM and everything installed in the car .I know it will cost credits to do this but again my concern is that the trans work since in its current form the car wont shift into first or idle correctly when in drive.
