2-1 downshifting slow.

4l60e has been shifting weird lately and no matter what I do in the tune, it still does it. When I got to wot from about 25 mph, it downshifts to first at about 30 mph but feels like the converter doesn't unlock for about 1.5 seconds then the Trans downshifts to first. I've tried adjusting the downshift speed up and down and it doesn't change. I'm not a transmission specialist but the Trans was rebuilt about 2 years ago and ever since it shifts much different than it use to and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with my issue.

I also have the e67 pcm and t42 tcm.

Have you played with the TCC apply/release settings for both 1 and 2?

Use the same settings for each table for both TPS and MPH columns- Normal, cruise, hot, performance.
