Hello,
I have a new fuel pump coming (325lph) as I've been running out of fuel pump (100% DC) on my 2007 Mustang. I haven't had to touch the fuel pump or injector tables to this point so I'm unsure what needs to change. I'll be using 5.0L Coyote injectors and think I have the correct data to enter for them. What about the fuel pump though? What do I need to change/log there?

you SHOULD update the fuel pump voltage table, its not really that big of a deal since the ecu has an adaptive kam table that will learn the new voltages but you should update that table with a base ball park estimate of where the pump voltage should be, it won't make a difference and you'd never notice it unless the ecu is reset then it has to relearn kams
for injectors its just that simple, slip in the injector high and low slopes breakpoint and offset, then the deltap multipliers for each
make sure you set the MINPW to 0 in all calibrations as per decipha, never any exceptions

FPVT should be tuned for the new pump. There are limits to the adaptive corrections/learning so if you're outside those bounds, you can have over/under pressure which will affect your fueling and cause you to falsely correct on the airflow side. Get the pump close with PID control disabled, then turn it back on before you get too far into your fuel tuning or you'll just be going back to do it over.
Just so I'm clear, disable adaptive fuel pump and then adjust the voltage table to provide required fuel pressure?
FPVT has been re-scaled to go to 6lb/min of fuel delivery at a max voltage of 14.75. The fuel pressure drops to 24.5psi at 50% commanded fuel pump duty cycle (which I understand to be full fuel pump duty cycle). Is the pump no good or is there something else I'm missing?
Anyone? Bad pump? Missing parameter change?
I run a 05 GT. It has a stock pump with a Kenne Bell Boost-a-pump. At 500rwhp, I seem to recall my fp dc at around 80%. I believe that KB states that the stock GT pump with the BAP installed will support about 550 rwhp. Check their tech information for exact numbers.
