uncheck the "high speed" box before you try to do the read
I recommend contacting support with a vcm suite infolog.
access denied errors are VERY rarely fixed by high/low speed reading mode adjustments.
If support offers you a new beta to correct your problem, be advised it will not contain the DPF features that the older versions have.
