Can share credits if you have two mpvi3?

I am building a truck for my dad, he is 80 and we live in different states. I have a base tune on the truck but I am worried I may need to tweak some small stuff as he starts driving it. Can I buy a second mpvi3 so he can flash my changes? Or do I have to buy it and all the credits again?

Can you unpair credits and move them under your second MPVI, or are they tied for life? Can you have two MPVIs under your count? Do shops only use one MPVI?
