Need to tune a 1999 dodge ram 5.9L magnum on E85

So, what hardware ? what soft ?

Does an Hypertech Programmers works ?
Superchips ?

Or does i need something else (i.e Diablo sport and CMR tuner, but it work only for Dodge from 2003, so, it's only an exemple) ???
