Corvette GMPP 480HP with Edelbrock SC

I am Markus from Germany and am looking from some Help.
I had on my 2008 Corvette an Engine damage last year at 8200 mls.
So I bought the GMPP 480 HP and was not so lucky , first I had no Idle then someone made ma a tune but it never runs great in idle and low rpm.After this I installed an Edelbrock e-force and bougt HPT.
With the new engine I also instaled a new exedy twin disc clutch.
I have an M6 Gearbox.
Now I am looking for a little help.
With cold start I have the first problem.
The engine starts with no problem but it dies.
When i hold it at about 2000rpm for 30 seconds it is ok after that.
Idle is then from 1000 cold and warm 850 but not verry nice , the engine sounds like it runs not ok but everything is fine, , no leak , spark plug cable , and plugs ok... running to 6500rpm all ok just idle not so good.
Second the engine is surging at low rpm ind gear 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 and low load when cruising.
I know that the engine has an "hot" cam but the specs from the cam are not soooo hot it is close to the Z06 or ZR1 cam that are the same even when one is an 7l and the other an 6.2 like mine , they have the same cam.
I think my engine needs just a propper tune and hope on this way that somebody has some informations for me.
I can make alsosome measuring with an inovate O2 sensor.... so I have the AFR.
