PCM and DBW compatibility question 55 chevy/ LS3

I have a 55 Chevy with LS3 here that has a locked pcm. PCM id reads as 12628990 which shows up as a 09 vette. I have an unlocked pcm here with id 12619078 which shows as an 08 Silverado. I cannot even read the existing pcm and the existing tune is horrible. My plan is to tune with the 08 pcm but I am unsure about the dbw pedal compatibility. The car has an 09-10 corvette throttle body and throttle pedal. Any help would be appreciated.
