Base Tune for LS1 Turbo @ 8psi

Hi guys, new to the forums and to tuning. I'm coming near to the end of installing a twin turbo Kit that I got from UPP. Its going on a 98 corvette, stock engine, 80 lb. injectors, and will be pushing 8psi. The original plan was to trailer it to a tuning shop but that isn't really working out. So i decided that i will just tune it myself. however, i cant get it to run long enough due to the bigger injectors to do anything with it.

So, anybody know where I can get a base tune so that it will just idle properly? If not, could you point me in the general direction as to where I could learn how to do this myself? Thank you.
