My application key provided is not working, i recently bought the software and i try to open up the editor and it asks for my application key, well it doesnt work.
i have 2.22 and copied it from the mail and it doesnt work. Please help serial is 1164799351

Be sure to include your serial number (interface number).
BTW, 116XXXXXXX interfaces apparently won't work with 2.22.
You will need the beta, which you will have to contact support for anyways.
just got my hp tuners and am having the same problem. i emailed support and they said something about updating my mpvi....hope to get this corrected soon i wanna tune!!!!!!!!!!!
There is a sticky about this somewhere, email support and they will set you up with the 2.23 beta software.
