4T65E Gear ratio question

OK I have a quick and simple question.

My tune has stock 2.93 for a GTP and I have now changed the tranny from a GT and now has 3.29 for the gear ratios. I changed over the diff to the HD one.

I have read many different posts on here and some of it is clear then I read another one and it gets a little confusing but by the looks of it, it depends which version of the software editor I am running. Some posts say change to 3.69 from 3.29 but why??

So going from 2.93 to 3.29 what do I have to change in the tables. I have just bought the HP Tuner this week and dont have time to mess around for another week to get it to work.

I also have a shift kit so will have to pull back the shifts in the tune, this I can play with at a later date. I just need it running good with no codes for a week or two.

Changed the gear ratio from 3.29 to 3.69 and done the trick.
