Another interface not found...

I keep getting this error even though I uninstalled and reinstalled the VCM editor and I updated my USB drivers. I'm stuck :banghead:

Any suggestions?

try a different usb cable

Will any USB cable work? The set up works on my wife's computer, but not mine with the original USB cable.

If it works on one computer but not another either the "other" pc doesn't have the drivers installed or it has a usb port problem on the pc.
