LM2 varation on hptuners compared to handset

Hey guys i have been having issues with my LM2 wideband for a long time.

I have configured the LM2 to E85.
The outputs are
0v - 6AFR
5v - 14.93AFR

Now i have used the offset calculator and entered it all in. When i did that there was a 2AFR difference. I then adjusted the offset to be -2 and that then got it close to the reading on the LM2 handset. The handset is reading 6.2AFR(very rich i know) and Hptuners scanner is jumping all over the place from 5.8-6.3AFR while the LM2 handset is staying constantly on 6.2AFR.

I have pin 1 being the output from the LM2 and grounded at pin 5 which i have added another wire to give it an extra ground.

Any ideas what to do next? Its doing my head in.
