I working on a 2006 ford Mustang with a 4.6 stroked to a 5.0 stage 3 comp blower cams 2.3 whipple and 20 pounds of boost. When i roll in to the gas it ok goes a little lean but not bad. When i go WOT off idle it goes real lean and cuts out. I have try ed adjusting the maf for this is ther a table that i'm missing like the GM PE.

The Maf transfer function needs to be a curve, yours looks like a jagged rock.
Your injector high and low slopes do not look normal. get good injector data from whoever built them
There is WAY too much timing in the high load/low rpm area of the borderline knock table. Especially for a PD blower
Also, have you properly tuned the Load with Failed Maf table?
