Does This Freezeframe Data Help to Troubleshoot P0430 CEL?

Sorry if this is not the right place but need help to try and figure out the cause of this P0430 engine code.

• Car is a 2021 Camaro ZL1 with an aftermarket CAI and CatBack Exhaust.
• Both primary and secondary CATS were left in place.
• Bought the car with about 1200 miles and the check engine light first came on at about 14k miles
• So far, I have replaced the the downstream 02 sensor on bank 2
• Car doesn't feel sluggish or runs weird at all and no other codes

I can't imagine the CATS are bad this early? Hope this freeze frame data using VCM scanner tells something:
