Transmission Advise...

i recently did a 98 f-body ecm swap to a 0411 with a 12202088 calibration....Bill at hpt did a fuel segment swap for me....

my problem is now when i go into D4 the scan tool says i am in gear one but in reality its in a higher gear...at that point i can manually put gear selector into D1 i can feel it shift into low gear then move to D2 and can see it move on scan tool to gear two.....not sure if this is a wiring problem or calibration problem....i am posting my cal and hopefully get some input from someone that knows whats wrong....
