06 Mustang GT setting P2105 w/CAI

Trying to help a friend out with his Mustang. The car is stock other than a CAI from Modular Depot Racing. The car was just purchased & got taken to dealership for service work. He was told that the car needed a updated flash. So he agreed & after leaving the dealership the car set lean codes(p0171/p0174)

I looked for a MAF transfer for the CAI, but the company looks to be out of business.

So I tried to rescale the MAF transfer for him & I am getting the wrench light in the dash while driving the car with in 4 to 6 miles. Codes are P2104,P2105,P2107 after the car shuts off. If I put the stock tune back in the car it runs with without this problem.

Can somebody please take a look at the file & give any suggestions on what I need to do to fix this problem.
