ltft going lean 10+ during decel

I just switched from an ls6 maf to an ls7 slot meter with 4'' pipe. I have been working on getting the fuel trims back in line and having trouble getting the ltft to stay steady. During accel and cruise they are +- 1-2% but when I let off the throttle they begin to climb in the +10% and more. Idling they are great also. I have messed with the maf scaling, timing and nothing seems to make a difference. Here is a log and my tune, any help is appreciated! I am new to tuning so I'm sure there is something I have missed.
