Dear forum, I an new to HP Tuners and I am hoping to get some tuning information for my 1969 GTO Judge. Obviously this is not an OBDII engine but would like to know if there is any way to add and ECU with misfire detection for the 400 4 bbl?

You have a couple of options here however misfire detection and knock detection will not be included. MSD and Projection both make fairly nice throttle body replacement solutions that really work well. Excellent idle and WOT plus the closed loop if you install O2 sensors. I have done a couple of these and the misfire was never anything I really needed or cared about.
Might be able to convert to something like a FAST or Bigstuff or even go to a home built megasquirt and then convert your dist to LS style coil packs and add newer style knock sensors into the blocks drain plugs.
What is the necessity fro misfire detection?
