See attached .hpt file. My OS is 12212156.
I have a 2002 Silverado truck engine and a 1994 4L80E trans from a Suburban and would like to run this transmission with the correct tune rather than using the 4l60E tune that is in my VCM. I believe I need to find the 4L80E file first, than email it to Bill with my .hpt file. Is this correct? Thanks in advance!

Bill probably already has the files needed. just send him your file and request the segment swap and he can probably help you out.

There was a post indicating that support is away until the 21st, and that the backlog of email would be processed after this date.
I saw that, thank you. I thought it was just Bill since some other employees have been posting here...bad luck on my part I suppose.
If you search the repository for 2002 and 6.0...nothing else, leave all the other drop downs set to *(all), the very first file that pops up is a 2002 2500HD tune with the 12212156 OS and 4L80E segments.

I got it from HPtuners last week and it works great. Thanks though. How did you do it? I thought they were the only ones able to do segment swaps.
I have other software that has the capability as well. I have a few spare PCM's that I use on the bench to use as a slave to flash with and pull back off with other software to modify then flash back and pull back out with HPT.
