TCC apply isn't being commanded in second or third, the TCC duty cycle starts I think when in first gear. In second gear the duty cycle drops as does line pressure momentarily then picks back up. TCC apply does come on in 4th gear. With the stock TCC DC max & min settings the issue isn't noticeable. I reduced the force motor By 10%, should I put that back to the stock setting? I turned off all TQ mgt except the Reduction Duration because of how it causes the ETC to only allow 20% TPS and 2000 rpm. Do you thing there may be a valve body issue? The transmission assembly was replace under warrantee at 67,000 miles and the truck now has 116,000 on the clock. As far as seeing a little KR activity, it looks like that may be caused by heat soak of the air box. IAT temp is @20* higher than ambient. Only occurs when IAT temp reads high. I will try what ever needed. Thank you!
