2010 CTSv and 6l90 swap into 72 C-10

Working on a CTSv and matching auto trans swap in to a 72 chevy c-10 truck. We have the ECM and TCM came out of the CTSv but the BCM came out of a 2008 GMC acadia that also came with the 6 speed auto trans. As far as we can tell the wiring is correct but the VSS signal in the scanner suit reads 158 mph all the time and I'm not getting an output shaft speed signal reading in the VCM suit it reads 0 all the time. The truck goes into gear and will move on its own power up and down the drive way but I have no way to tell if it is going through all of the gears or not so I dont want to take it down the road before I know this. Maybe someone chime in and have some ideas on what to check and where to check it to get this issue revolved.
