Im trying to get the real time tuning to work with my 10" Acer aspire one lap top but cant get it to work. It works fine on my larger gateway laptop. Ill post the error message and the tune file. When I open the scanner and click the tool Icon it doesn't populate the table and says detect real time mode failed in the bottom left corner.
2.24 isn't supported anymore, and is known to have bugs.
RTT is available in 3.1 beta (via support), but still has a few bugs as well, but should be more stable for you. We will be resolving any known RTT bugs in future releases of the 3.x software.
Who do I contact to get the 3.1 beta? My buddy has the 3.0 and he just reloaded 2.24 because his RTT didn't work on 3.0
You would contact hptuners support requesting it, make sure to include your serial number.
did you turn it on in the tune file itself?
