Need help updating tire & gear change. New 3.X software is different & I dont get it

Can anyone help me out figure this relatively simple change? I tried using the "Gear/Tire Wizard" under the edit tab and don't understand the tire size scaling. For "current", the table shows a tire size of 7.29 and a gear ration of 3.42. The only change I have is that the rear now has 4.10 gears. When I enter the new gear ration I get a pop up window with a message "Validation of inputs failed. Invalid tire size"?

I'm not sure how to fix this with the 3.X hp tuners suite becasue on the older 2.24 suite under speedo it had the table to udate gears and tires by inches.

Some direction would be appreciated.
