please check log &tune

please could someone go over my log & tune. I have been trying to get trims in line and have been running only STFT but today decided to turn on LTFT but only enable them at 160F My short terms are very negative when i first start up till engine warms up which is shown in log. By the time a get home they seem to be inline, so my concern is should i leave LTFT off so they dont collect false data or leave them active. Im thinking its because of the headers, the cam is a mild gt2-3 idles like stock. Please tell me if im going in right direction or not.
