Factory tune

Have a mustang 2006 that's running erratically it has a tuner on it but the guy I got the car from lost it. Can I use my HP tuners suite that I bought for my dodge ram diesel to wipe the mustang to factory and if so how?

2 options. one read the file that is in the vehicle and license it if possible, you could find a stock file from the repository with the same strategy and license that and burn it into the ecm. or save it and try and change values to be identical to factory file.
