ECU Questions.

I have installed a r228 cam in a 5.3 LM7 engine. Its set up to run on a stand. Its getting swapped into a 91 Chevy truck with a factory 4L80E trans. My ECU is for a 99 truck with a 4L60E trans. I'm wanting to tune it to run on the stand before installing it into the truck, but I don't want to license the ECU if it cant have the 4l80 segment swapped in it. the ECU on the engine now is service # 9354896. I have read the unit and it says its a os9379910. I know a 0411 ECU will do the job, but I have this one. I have the bin file for my other truck that has a 4l80e trans with a 0411 ECU to send for the segment swap. I just need to know if the LM7 ECU is able to work with a 4l80e.
