Canno' find the scanner function on my HP tuners

Any help on locating my scanner!
I don't seem to have one. I hane uninstalled and reinstalled but no luck.

Go into your C:\Program Files\HP Tuners\VCM Suite 2 folder, thats where the scanner & editor would be.
