I am currently trying to tune a 2010 camaro SS automatic, the car currently has a procharger, long tube headers, and boost-a-pump with 50# injectors. i cant get this thing to stop going lean past 5600 rpm. i have tried everything i normally change for a combination like this and the lean condition gets no better. i have attached a tune file, please have a look and tell me if you have any ideas. thanks.
How much boost is it running? We're kinda discussing the same things in different threads as maf maxxed at 67. and another about going lean at dyno. Either fuel pressure drop, your your injectors arent big enough. Just some pointers.
What does injector duty cycle hit when it goes lean?

take it to a tuner shop ,,
you dont wanna break the engine
It is a P1SC procharger, stock procharger kit 8 psi, if im reading this log right injectors hit 100% when it goes lean and keeps climing. so am I running out of injector? Just to verify fuel pressure is 58 psi, through the whole pull.
You need bigger injectors. If you want some ID850s, PM me. They are drop in and will flow all you'll ever need.Quote:

Everyone?? Who is everyone? everyone is obviously wrong. If your pressure held, your out of injector. We were too.. Same issues.. Getting ID1000's

You're obviously building more power then you intended, or talked about then.

Looking at your log, you may need bigger then 65lb. You may still not have enough at 65. Watching closely your at 130%, thats 50% more then where you want to be, max 80ish IDC, so 50lb injectors + 50%, is 75lb. Dsteck is right at ID850s..
Bullshit. LS9 injectors barely support 625+rwhp at 70psi or so.
food for thought, 50lbs should handle around 500whp safely, 60lbs 600whp, 70lbs 700whp and so on an so fourth.

Makes you wonder about these companies that sell a "complete" supercharger system for these LS vehicles. Save $900.00 get a tuner kit, do the BSFC get the right injectors and tune it yourself.

thanks again for the help everyone,we put the 65#ers in and the car made over 530hp on a dynojet through an automatic.
You really should watch for the fuel pressure drop. Even though our motor didnt lean out, we still had a pressure drop.
