my camaro has no cats i removed the codes it was throwing. On my little scan tool it says emissions readyness incomplete cat monitoring inc. how do i get it to say complete? i have put about 350 miles on my car normaly it taked 260 miles after throwing a code to go back to being complete. i need to get emissions done to register my car. but i have true duels and putting cats on is not a option
