Adjust torque management

I am working on tuning my car 2006 GTO, with the basics. CAI, Full Exhaust,Heads, Big Cam, 3600stall. According to the literature that came with "the tuning school" I should be adjusting the torque management to zero. Does anyone know what the effect this will have on my car? It does say that values are given by the car manufactures for longevity. I am looking for performance but I also do not want to be putting in a transmission any time soon. For the values that are already there, can I lower them 25% or 50% for some performance and some longevity?

mate up to yourself to what amount to reduce t/m to, I don't run any in my 4L60E/4L65E trans set ups =0%....And I have beaten the mmm out of them....just remember with these trans its not all about T/M when tuning them, as I have seen built ones with the "WRONG" set ups in the tune have "broken" them within a short period of time....Too much line pressure will "spit these out" no matter how well "built" they are....Trans tuning is just as important as engine tuning just my "opinion" cheers Bret ULTIMATE LSX TUNING
