Questions about safe limits with LNF in Sol/Sky

So I have a few questions....

1. What is the most "safe" boost the turbocharger can handle?
2. What is the most "safe" boost an OE stock motor can handle?
3. What is a good AFR?

I know enough to be dangerous, I just don't know what the limits are of the motor and turbo. It's been said that 25psi is about the limit of the turbo, anything else is just blowing oil through the bearings.

That being said, can the K04 turbo handle 32psi of boost? Can a stock motor handle 32psi of boost?

Just seeing what the limits are for myself.....

1) Stock turbo consensus is above 24psi it becomes a heat pump. I see some people pushing 27-30+ for drag setups. I road race 22-23psi.

2) Stock ring lands can handle 25psi.

3) Plenty of threads on boosted AFR. You can open all the threads to see discussion/arguments there. Shooting for .87-.88 lambda should be fine.

This pic of the tune he's talking about says it all. Anyone can turn up the boost on a turbo car to get high torque numbers. The boost spike and the low hp readings tell the true story...
