Factory injectors are maxed out 110%. Need to finally swap out my injectors. Wondering if anyone already has used these injectors and have a table already made I can copy over. Stock fuel system from 2004 Silverado swapping to 12594512 36lb Flex fuel injectors.
Just overhauled my 2001 6.0 and went with the 36lb flex fuel injectors I will be scaling them sometime this week or next when I reinstall the engine. will post the file for you once complete. If someone hasn't already.
A 05 avalanche L59 flex fuel has the data in the hp tuners repository.
Just make certain you use data for the EXACT same injectors operating at the exact same fuel rail pressure
as yours. You will never obtain a good tune unless you get the correct injector data loaded into the PCM.
gagliano7, Thanks for the information. Will pull that and see how it works. Will be doing that Friday.
I'll check out the Avalanche tune data too
