Newbie: 04 comp g trans question

Hi my name is Michael and I bought hptuners pro about a week ago.

I have a built 04 comp g and I'm getting a weird shift issue. I have the stock 3.29 gear ratio trans, I also have 245/40r18 tires on the car.

I used to use dhp to tune my car and it did it wonderfully for 2 years but I wanted something I could tune my wife's 2014 avenger rt with so I bought hot

But the issue I'm having is when I go wot I can't get it to shift into third gear. It shifts right when I bring it a tad down from 100% throttle. I have disabled all torque management per the thread of grandprixforums.net. I'm wondering if I have either the wrong van pulses per mile for my tire size,or I don't know what else I would need to change in the the tune to make the trans shift.
