What am I missing? Can't get idle to stop surging..

I have been through the idle on many other vehicles and feel I need to be over looking something.

Stock LS6 with 23x/23x cam, ported heads, Fast 102, 1 7/8 headers.

When forced OL SD it can not get it to hold a constant RPM even when I lock timing and IAC. There are times I can get it to stop surging with everything locked down at 1200ish rpm with the IAC open and then while closing it it will come down to 1k, but the minute I reach for 900 it surges.

I added the N'O2's back in with the attached file/log just to see if what Ltrims were doing.

Looking for someone to just look the file over to see if I am blatantly missing something.
