ecm change need to rewrite vin

Customer brought me a 2007 Trailblazer SS 2wd he purchased with no engine tranny wiring etc pretty much a roller then he purchased a rolled 06 from an auction he swapped in the entire powertrain. Now the truck runs theres no throttle response and no gauges plus no body controls only a tach working theres dlc communication from what I understand the 07 came with an e67 pcm and the 06 e40 correct me if im wrong so I got a read from the 06 e40 pcm but I cant seem to find a vin rewrite option when I opened up with the credits..any suggestions on this also I noticed that on connector c107 left side of engine to I/p connector theres a class 2data wire missing would this affect it. Also cant seem to find where this data line would come from.. any suggestions greatly appreciated in advanced thanks
