engine reduced power, p0606 code

Greetings everyone
My truck , a 2008 silverdao ( 408 ,procharger) keeps going in reduced power mode at random. I pulled the ABS fuse and still it goes bad.
My city is above 2000 ft sea level, and here it doesnt throw the code. When the truck goes to sea level the code appears.


I have read about disabling P068 and P106 codes, do ypu have some more ideas? the truck is at 8 hours drivig and I want to have as many posible solutions to try on it.

by the way it has a 4l80 swap if it helps to diagnose the problem

Please always post a copy of your factory backup, as well.

i dont have a backup, the truck was pre-calibrated by someone else.
