2022 L5P Delete Gone Wrong

Hey guys,

Ive got a 2022 Silverado that I'm having some dramas with. Its had a full emission delete as "preventative maintenance", it had no codes or warnings pre tune. Since it has had an emissions file put in the ECM it is logging a DEF tank empty and de rate in 200kms message on the display which wont clear. All can bus jumper plugs are fitted to the vehicle.

The local guy who supplied the tune has sent a couple of different files to try sort the issue with no luck. These vehicles are not very common in our area of the world so not sure if he is doing it correctly?
