Any one know the output voltage vs frequency for a GM delphi MAF sensor?
I'm not sure what you're asking. The MAF outputs a logic level frequency based on airflow.
It's always on a 5v level. If you want to convert it to a voltage, you either need to program a microchip to do it for you, or make a digital to analog converter with a LM2917.
Could measure the rms value...treat it like AC.

The MAF outputs a voltage waveform that swings between 0 and 5V and whose frequency is proportional to the airflow. You can measure the average or the RMS value of the voltage with the appropriate voltmeter, or you can look at the frequency with a scope. Unfortunately with an approximately square wave of 50/50 duty cycle the average and the RMS value will not change with frequency. If the waveform is PWM (pulse width modulated) then you will see different voltages. I believe the MAFs on LS engines are of the former type.
It's frequency modulation.
