Injector Table questions

I am messing with a 2008 suburban and the injector flow rate vs. pressure is 36.4 from 18.6 to 58 then to 67.3 slowly rises the peaks at 39.3. I think this table is saying the injectors flow the same under a wide range of pressure but what I have learned is there should be a smooth ramp now the flow rate multiplier vs flow resembles a ramp is it using that table for correction? and second question lets say I buy a 39lb/hr inj and i install and I want to set this table now with a ford I know there is a sensor vs vac in there how do i set up this table correctly how do I know at 18psi the injector is flowing x and so on does this info come with?
