2018 camaro procharger
I pulled this file from a stock, procharger only ss. Seems the torque model was untouched except for the driver demand. What is up with the fpcm settings? Any chance the pwm pump is not in the tank on this one? Any help turning this into a safe startup file would be appreciated. Currently waiting on a baro breakout and lt4 map from DSX before hitting the dyno.

Made a few changes before this hits ol on the dyno. What is going on with the fpcm settings?
-
From the looks of it, the torque model was changed. Looks like it was lowered a bunch on the airmass side and then lowered around peak on the map side unless I'm just using the wrong file to compare to. The fpcm is just an oddity of the camaro's. Most gen V's have that built into the ecm whereas the camaro has it separate and I think passes through the bcm, so you'll see bits and pieces of the settings scattered between the ecm and fpcm both.

The read file was stock vtt. I smoothed the vtt to hopefully get a better start and smoother throttle control. Anything look unsafe or missing on the edit file? This is stock cam so i suspect vve and vtt will not need huge changes, just gone over to get the right curve for the charger.

Think i am having fueling issues. Can someone confirm? In tank pump?
-
It does drop pretty good, but you're also very rich. Rails keeping up but supplies not.
-
Did you notice the large spike in injector pw during the pressure drop? I have not tuned anything in the fpcm. I may try to set the pressure to command 64lb or so during high flow and see what happens. I think it was the ol maf 3 log where the rail pressure plummeted as well. I am having a hard time with maf tuning this with the procharger and large induction piping.

If you could help me out on the maf table that would be sweet. Looks like the peak tq table will need stepped up at 5k and after as well.
-
Thought i would give an update. This procharger kit is definitely going to require more in tank pump. I will probably send it back home for the pump swap and hopefully have it back soon. Any help cleaning the tune up would be appreciated.

Maf isn't what's causing fuel to go all over. You're welcome to shoot me an email and I'll walk you through how to get it right.
