I've zeroed out all the torque management tables but I still see up to 4 degrees removed when I run this engine. any ideas?

After a few runs on the dyno I got the spark figured out, I had to increase the Max Torque Timing table, after I adjusted that, the timing on the scanner indicated what I commanded in the tune.
408 Inch LS 6.0L Iron Block
STOCK LS3 Heads, Stock LS3 Intake, 92mm throttle body.
230/236 @.050 114 LSA .595 lift
534 HP, thought it would have made more, but it is turning the complete accessory drive, water pump, alternator (hooked up and charging)
How did u figure out , how much to change it?
