There is always a chance that they changed design, suppliers, etc.
FFS I hate that they have the same name abbreviation. I said Clinic in the Intro Tab. It's Connection. Edited the previous.
I just emailed AACorvette and FIConnection. DM'd Greg Banish. Hope they'll help out.
From AACorvette:

I'd use what FIC is now using. It's been updated.

That's a huge difference in Offset and SPA. Wonder what the background is on the update?
Yeah, I was wondering the same.
I was also told by Josh @ FIC that if I wanted to upgrade to Bosch (I think) injectors, they would be much more reliable in terms of numbers than the Siemens Deka (which are middle of the road supposedly).
Just did a nice long log and noticed that when I allowed it to idle long enough, the STFTs would drop to about -16% after 15 seconds and then the narrowbands would begin to switch.
Where's the data log?
I'll post it later if I get a chance. Not looking for any more criticism or critiquing on it as I think I have enough pointers as to what to look at. Just wanted to make a note that it did, in fact, lean itself out and I was surprised the idle fueling was that far off.
What did you do different?
Let it idle long enough for the STFTs to go low enough. Now to start some tweaking.
Here's the log.

FIC is asking if you're using the tall black LS1 Deka 60's?
Or from here which one?

Would you mind posting the sheet you got from FIC so I can forward it to them?
Thanks for posting that. There's a couple interesting tidbits in there.
1, it's a great example of why I don't care what a wideband reads in closed loop. Now that it's actually at stoich the WB is reading 16:1 on average. So regardless if it's not calibrated correctly or if it's just the nature of that cam, either way, there ya go.
2, it still bottoms out at 1.8 ms IPW. It actually gets to 1.8 and the trims continue to drop a few percent. Would like to see what the actual on time is with an o-scope. There's no way they're idling at stoich at 1.8 ms.
Something is definitely off in the injector data. Doing a compare to a couple other 01 stock files, several of the transient tables have been changed. They factor into total on time as well as the rest of the data. I'd put all of them back to stock. Then setup your data once you figure out exactly what you have.
You'll likely have to redo the entire VE.
Footnote: If your wideband doesn't level out at 14.6ish +/- around 1800-2000 rpm, light throttle, you need to calibrate it before you start WOT tuning it.
Actually, my fault, it's not stoichiometric. Switching at a slightly richer point (451mV = stoich). IAC is pegged, too.

One way of correcting this is to stretch the Mode vs Airflow table out for the new idle airflow baseline required by heads/cam/exhaust.
Yep nowhere near 16:1. In fact, the slightly richer switch point gives further evidence of the wideband vs narrowband error.
Where is the wideband located on your setup phuz?
