Cant save? Here may be your answer (Im an idiot)

I noticed the other day that the save icon was greyed out and in the file menu, save and save as were not functioning. So I opened a ticket and started stressing.

I then realized that when I downloaded a ton of pics of my kids off my phone my "cloud" was almost full. I dont use the cloud, my wife does. I dont really even know how to use it. SO I took a second and found a way to turn it off...

Yea...big mistake.

The version of hptuner on my laptop did not have the license etc. The cloud version did.

When hptuner answered the ticket they asked for a copy of a debug.dat file. There was no such file in my hptuners....but there was on the cloud version.

So I downloaded the cloud version of hptuner with the debug file and license file and voila...it works again

I AM NOT COMPUTER SAVVY so if this sounds like an easy thing, it is not for soomeone who doesnt understand computers.
