MPVI2 Tune Files & Swapping files On To an nGauge

I was wondering if my tune files that I use with my MPVI2 can be loaded up on an ngauge so I can swap tune files quickly without a laptop & cable in the car all the time? I guess what I should say is I have already bought credits for the MPVI2, will I need to buy more credits again to use the nGauge? I could just go ahead and buy a used (or new) nGauge and just load my tunes on it and go? I know nGauge isn?t a HPT product, but the files that would be loaded on it are.
