So 2004 Ram 5.7. I put it in open loop and when I put the transmission into drive or reverse, the scanner shows it to appear to be in closed loop. The scanner still shows OL, but the O2 sensor voltage will cycle and the AFR goes from 13.6 to ~14.4, then as soon as it is put in neutral or park, the o2 stops cycling. I am confused by this.
