changing from 6.0 to 5.3 what should I change for displacement in ECU?

The ECM I have is from a 02 Tahoe w/6.0L It is now on a stock 5.3L Ive sorted out the wiring, thats not a problem. Stock config to stock config could or should I just change the engine Type to a 5.3 and change the Cylinder volume field and basically call it good? Or would I definitely need to change the MAF tables accordingly as well? I do plan on tuning them later but for now I want something I can run around on and be relatively close to normal. this is a P01 or 0411 ECM.
