Instrument Panel and Body Control module programming
I have a 2010 Camaro SS...I've noticed online that someone has been able to figure out how to reprogram the BCM and IPC...I think he works for GM. Anyways...he's not selling anything for these cars yet, and I'm trying to figure out what hardware/software I need to buy to do it myself.
He's been able to do things like windows down and up with the key fob, DRL delete, added some more pages to the instrument panel from other GM vehicles.
Does anyone know what I need for hardware...even if I have to try to write my own software? I am guessing you can do it through the ALDL on the CAN bus...but I don't really know.
