Ok, idle tuning for cammed car

My Vcmsuite will be arriving today and tonight I plan on getting started on my tune. I recently installed a 228/230 .576/.593 fms cam and need to sort out the idle problems my car is having. I scanned the car last night with Autotap (I know, it sucks) and gathered my ltrim info. Im just slight lean at cruise as the ltrims are about +1. I guess I'll be scaling the IFR table by 98% to see if this helps. I will then try modifying the VE tables at low rpms to help the car idle. I'll also adjust the sensitivity of the misfires as my car throws this every once and a while. Any suggestions

P.S. Car runs excellent when cruising, just stop and go, cold start, hot starts suck. Lots of surging!
