Dodge Gpec2 can read, but can't write

HI everyone first time posting here :)
I have 2015 jeep compass, hp tuners detected the ecu dodge gpec2, can read the file with vcm editor. Turned off p0420, try to write it back it said Incompatible PCM software.
I see on supported vehicle list GPEC2 supported by TDN only, can I turn off p0420 in VCM editor save the file, then write the file thru TDN on my phone?

incompatible pcm software means your pcm needs to be unlocked using the dodge unlock process(ecm modification service).
